Accounting/Administrative Job Opening

Three/fifths time position

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the organization and planning of all aspects of office administration including, but not limited to:

Financial Management – 80%
Financial management of organization budgets, restricted and unrestricted funds, maintenance of financial records, files and accounting manual, fulfillment of internal and external reporting and tax requirements, payroll record management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fundraising financial requests, audit requirements, 990 tax preparation, and legal and insurance requirements (permits, fees, reports, leases, etc.)

Staff Assistance – 10%
Assistance to other staff members-human resources (interviewing, hiring); strategic planning; general office assistance and phone reception.

Office Equipment and Computers – 5%
Serve as the liaison between staff and SEACC’s computer technician.  Assist with common maintenance, administration, upgrading and troubleshooting of office equipment, including computers, network, software and backup system of server files.

Assist Board Members – 5%
Board member requests and assistance with coordination of board meetings
Raffle:  legal requirements and reports and assist board member representative with reporting and logistics of raffle

Pay is dependent upon experience.
