Seal Bay

Some of the highest densities of Sitka blacktail deer and brown bear on the Tongass are located in this rich ecosystem on Chichagof Island.  Major watersheds, including Goose Flats, and Seal and Long Bays, feature excellent fisheries habitat, spectacular  beauty and remote recreation opportunities.  Upper Tenakee Inlet is heavily utilized for its subsistence resources.
