In September of 2007, SEACC's long time legal counsel Mr. Robert "Buck" Lindekugel was awarded Alaska Conservation Foundation's Olaus Murie award.  This award recognizes the hard work of people on the professional side of the environmental movement in Alaska, and the people who receive it are considered the best in their field in Alaska.
